High Performance Compounds Kauçuk A.Ş. was founded in 2016 and is located in Hasanağa Industrial Zone in Bursa. HPC PCK is part of the TSF S.p.A. Group (Italy) that includes Ligom S.p.A. TSF, established in 1984, has been able during the years to become one of the few Italian reference companies for the study, development and marketing of special rubber compounds: fluoroelastomers (FKM), perfluoroelastomers (FFKM), silicones (VMQ) - official Wacker compounder since 2002 in Italy, fluorosilicones (FVMQ. Our production lay-out leverages on lines physically separated in order to grant maximum of flexibility, fast response and elimination of cross contamination. Our market approach is based on the offer of high tech performance compounds developed to satisfy the most stringent and up-to-date specifications not only from the automotive industry but also from other demanding segments. All our recipes are designed to fulfill not only given specifications and standards but also to match any specific transforming needs of our customers to the best equilibrium and optimization between quality and moldability. HPC is able to offer from the production facilities in Turkey and Italy a wide range of performance compounds at the highest quality levels. Last but not least, HPC chemists and engineers work with customers to select and to develop the right compound to meet the final product application requirement and can advise on vulcanisation and mold flow for the best technical and commercial service.

HPC Production Facilities
Each main mixing line has its own automatic filler weighing system (managed by customized software).
All other ingredients are weighed by a barcode system (both on manual and automatic systems): Complete tracking of each batch is therefore assured.
